Faction Media, a leading B2B advertising agency in Denver, Colorado, hired me to develop a web-based Augmented Reality (AR) application for their client TW Telecom (formerly Time Warner Telecom). The goal was to create a high-end, interactive campaign to generate leads and engage potential customers.
Project Overview:
Designed and developed a web-based AR application that brought a printed direct mailer to life with interactive 3D animations.
Recipients received a card with an AR marker and instructions. Upon visiting the campaign microsite, they experienced animated 3D models showcasing TW Telecom's network platform and competitive advantages using sports statistics.
The campaign effectively tied together direct mail, email, and web-based AR into a cohesive integrated effort to drive registration and sales.
My Role:
Developed the entire AR application, including 3D modeling, animations, and interactive functionality.
Ensured seamless integration of AR technology with a user-friendly microsite experience.
