Project Description: TW Telecom AR Application
Faction Media, a leading B2B advertising agency in Denver, Colorado, hired me to develop a web-based Augmented Reality (AR) application for their client TW Telecom (formerly Time Warner Telecom). The goal was to create a high-end, interactive campaign to generate leads and engage potential customers.
Project Overview:
- Designed and developed a web-based AR application that brought a printed direct mailer to life with interactive 3D animations.
- Recipients received a card with an AR marker and instructions. Upon visiting the campaign microsite, they experienced animated 3D models showcasing TW Telecom's network platform and competitive advantages using sports statistics.
- The campaign effectively tied together direct mail, email, and web-based AR into a cohesive integrated effort to drive registration and sales.
My Role:
- Developed the entire AR application, including 3D modeling, animations, and interactive functionality.
- Ensured seamless integration of AR technology with a user-friendly microsite experience.
