AI App Launch Rescue
Your AI-Built App Looks Close. I'll Find What's Blocking Launch in 48 Hours.
Stripe broken? Login looping? Users stuck on mobile? You built your app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or Cursor and it looks 90% done, but you don't trust it in front of real users. I audit AI-built apps on the exact stack you used (Supabase, Firebase, Stripe, Vercel, Netlify) and hand you a clear diagnosis, a fix plan, and a go/no-go decision. Fixed price. 48 hours. One senior engineer, no agency layers.
You're Not Crazy. The Last 10% Is the Hard Part.
- Checkout or subscriptions half-work and you can't tell why payments fail
- Login loops, password reset dead-ends, or users get stuck after signup
- The layout collapses on mobile the moment a real person opens it
- Deployment fails, environment variables are a mystery, the domain won't connect
- The AI tool that built v1 keeps breaking one thing while fixing another
- You have a demo, a beta, or an investor meeting coming and you're afraid to show it
The AI builder did its job: it proved your idea works. But these tools are built to generate, not to launch. The final mile is engineering, and that's what I do.
You Probably Don't Need Another Prompt.
What founders try first: asking the AI to fix it again, hiring the cheapest freelancer, rebuilding from scratch, adding more features, or quietly delaying the launch. Each one burns weeks and usually makes the codebase harder to save.
What the audit gives you instead: the exact blocker list with severity, a revenue-path diagnosis (can people actually pay you?), a user-path diagnosis (can people actually sign up and use it?), a launch-readiness score out of 100, a senior fix plan with effort estimates, and a straight go/no-go decision.
The 48-Hour Launch Blocker Audit: $595
One fixed price. No subscription. Within 48 hours of getting access, you receive:
- A launch-readiness score (0 to 100) so you know exactly how far you are
- The exact blocker list, ranked by severity, across payments, auth, onboarding, mobile, deployment, and security basics
- A Loom video walkthrough where I show you each problem in your own app, in plain language
- A written verdict: fix now, rebuild later, or stop spending. If the honest answer is "this needs a rebuild," I will say so
- A fixed sprint quote if it's fixable, so you know the full cost to launch before committing to anything
The $595 is fully credited toward a fix sprint booked within 7 days. If the audit doesn't give you a concrete, prioritized action list, I refund it. And if your app isn't ready for an audit at all, I'll tell you before taking your money.
What I Check in 48 Hours
Revenue path. Stripe checkout, plans and pricing logic, webhooks, confirmation screens, failed-payment handling. If people can't pay you reliably, nothing else matters.
User path. Signup, login, sessions, password reset, protected routes, onboarding flow. The places where AI-generated auth quietly breaks.
Launch path. Mobile layout, deployment and environment variables, domain and DNS, analytics events, error handling, and the obvious security risks (exposed keys, missing access rules, unprotected endpoints).
You get a report table for every core flow: status, risk, and the exact next step.
From Diagnosis to Launch
Most audited apps are fixable. When yours is, you get a fixed-scope, fixed-price sprint quote. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Final Mile Sprint: $4,500 to $5,500, 5 business days. I work through the agreed blocker list myself: payments repaired, auth made sane, mobile fixed, onboarding cleaned up, deployment hardened, analytics wired, launch checklist delivered. Includes a 7-day bug-fix warranty on everything inside scope.
Founder Rescue Sprint: $8,000 to $12,000, 10 to 15 business days. For apps with live users, revenue, or investor pressure. Everything in the Final Mile Sprint plus deeper structural work: database and query cleanup, auth roles, Stripe webhook sanity, error recovery, observability, and a written "what to rebuild later" memo.
Both sprints end with a full handoff: documented, deployed, and yours.
Is This For You?
Good fit: you built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, or similar on Supabase/Firebase, Stripe, and Vercel/Netlify. The app looks close but doesn't feel safe to launch. You have a demo, beta, or paying-customer target. You want a senior operator to tell you the truth about what's actually broken.
Not a fit: you only have an idea, you want unlimited feature development, you need a full custom SaaS built from scratch, you're shopping for the cheapest developer, or you need regulated medical, legal, or financial certification.
One Senior Engineer. No Agency Layers.
I'm Almog: 15+ years as a senior software engineer, founder and CEO of DogBase (Techstars '23, Latitude59 2026 Pitch Competition winner, NVIDIA Inception), an AI-powered SaaS used by working-dog teams in 15+ countries. I've shipped production software for startups and enterprises including Intel, Wix, and Nokia. I use AI coding tools every day in my own products, which is exactly why I know where they excel and where they quietly plant landmines.
You talk to the person who audits your app and fixes it. No junior handoff. No account manager.
FAQ
How fast can we start? Usually within 1 to 3 days. The 48-hour clock starts when I have access, not when you pay.
What access do you need? Read-only access to your repo (or your Lovable/Bolt/Replit project), the live or staging URL, and view access to Stripe and your hosting dashboard. I'll send a short checklist. An NDA is standard practice if you want one.
Is my code and data safe with you? Yes. Read-only access wherever possible, no changes during the audit, credentials handled through your platform's invite systems, and access removed when we're done.
What if the verdict is "rebuild" or "stop spending"? Then you just saved yourself months and thousands of dollars. The audit is yours to keep either way, including the blocker list and the Loom walkthrough, whoever does the work next.
Can you work in the same tools I built with? Yes. Often the right move is keeping AI-assisted speed and adding the engineering discipline around it: reviews, tests, and guardrails. Sometimes the right move is exporting the code and stabilizing it directly. The audit tells you which.
