// services / ai app rescue
Your AI-built app looks close. I’ll find what’s blocking it.
Stripe broken? Login looping? Or it simply looks like every other AI-built app, and users leave? AI tools are built to generate, not to launch. The final mile is engineering and design, and I do both.

48-Hour Launch-Blocker Audit
$595
Credited in full toward a sprint booked within 7 days. Refunded if it doesn’t give you a concrete, prioritized action list.
Sound familiar?
- •Checkout or subscriptions half-work and you can’t tell why payments fail
- •Login loops, dead-end password resets, or users stuck after signup
- •The layout collapses on mobile the moment a real person opens it
- •Deployment fails, environment variables are a mystery, the domain won’t connect
- •The AI tool that built v1 keeps breaking one thing while fixing another
- •It looks like every other AI-built app, and users can’t tell why they should trust it
Then
Final Mile Sprint$4,500 – $5,500 · 5 business days

Founder Rescue Sprint$8,000 – $12,000 · 10–15 business days
Everything in Final Mile, plus database cleanup, auth roles, Stripe webhooks, error recovery, observability, and a “what to rebuild later” memo.

Rescue Audit
From $1,500
1 to 2 weeks, fixed price by codebase size. A full codebase, infrastructure, security and UX review, with a prioritized fix plan.

- •A security-conscious customer or investor asked questions you couldn’t answer
- •Your cloud or API bill is growing faster than your revenue
- •Technical due diligence is coming and you know what they’ll find
- •Users sign up and leave: confusing flows, dead ends, and a UI that feels like every other AI-built app
Then
Hardening SprintFixed scope · 2–6 weeks
Security holes closed, secrets managed, auth done right, tests on code that touches money and data, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost controls.
Re-architectureWhere needed · Incremental
A strangler-pattern migration rather than a big-bang rewrite, so you keep shipping throughout.

Good fit, not a fit
Good fit
- ✓Built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor or similar
- ✓Running on Supabase or Firebase, Stripe, and Vercel or Netlify
- ✓Looks close, but doesn’t feel safe to launch or scale
- ✓You want a senior operator to tell you the truth about what’s broken
Not a fit
- ×You only have an idea
- ×You want unlimited feature development
- ×You’re shopping for the cheapest developer
- ×You need regulated medical, legal or financial certification
How fast can we start?+
Usually within 1 to 3 days. The 48-hour clock starts when I have access, not when you pay.
What access do you need?+
Read-only access to your repo (or your Lovable, Bolt or Replit project), the live or staging URL, and view access to Stripe and your hosting dashboard. An NDA is standard if you want one.
Do I need a full rewrite?+
Almost never. In my experience, most AI-generated codebases are largely salvageable. The audit tells you exactly which parts.
Can you work in the tool that built it?+
Yes. Often the right move is to keep the AI-assisted speed and add the engineering discipline around it: reviews, tests and guardrails.
What if the verdict is “rebuild” or “stop spending”?+
Then you’ve saved months and thousands of dollars. The audit is yours to keep either way.
We’re mid-crisis. Outage, breach, angry customer.+
Tell me on the call. Stabilizing comes first, and the report comes second.
Stop guessing what’s broken.
In 48 hours you’ll know what’s blocking your launch, what it costs to fix, and whether it’s worth fixing.
