What you get on day one
I sit with customers
At DogBase I ran technical discovery, demos, solution design and pricing for law-enforcement, government and enterprise buyers in 10+ countries, and presented at the World Police Summit, Frontex and the International Police K9 Conference.
I build and lead teams
A distributed team of 10 engineers at DogBase, 8 at Boral (65% faster deployments, $500K a year saved), 12 at Enabley, and teams of 5 to 15 for client startups.
I ship AI to production
Intelligent Journal (LLM via Vertex AI and Gemini), AI Vision (computer vision on video) and a RAG co-pilot, with evals, guardrails and security reviews that law-enforcement buyers sign off on.
I stay calm when it breaks
IDF Special Forces and search and rescue taught me to plan for the failure case and own the call. Production incidents are the same job.
